RM650x Sata Revision? Compatible w/ WD White?

I have a Corsair RM650x that I received as an RMA in August 2017 and am trying to figure out whether or not I'm going to run into a problem with the 3.3v pin 3. Specifically, WD Whites seem to be following SATA Revision 3.3 (and not wanting power over pin 3).
