Can I use 2 different speed of memory like 2400mhz with 3200mhz with also some timing variations (15-15-15-35-2N and 16-18-18-38-2N) respectively?

I am planning to upgrade one by one.

its never a garuntee that it would work, but it should, they would just both run at the lowest speed (they would both run 2400mhz if we are using your example)

Yes it will work, but they will both run at the speed that the lowest of the two runs; so they will both be at 2400mhz.
