help witSysnativeFileCollectionApp.ziph BSOD

desktop

Win 10 64 bit

this is a new build with windows 10

downloaded from MS website

system hardware is 6 months old

OS installed 6 months ago, no I haven't reinstalled the OS

intel I9 9900K

Geforce RTX 2080 OC 

MSI MPG Z390 Gamming pro Carbon AC

Thermaltake toughpower PF1ARGB 850W

system manufacturer me
