Gsync not in options [FIXED]

I have a freesync monitor 165hz ive enabled freesync on the monitor settings i'm using display port also and i have updated drivers on everything and still g-sync doesn't show in control panel on nvidia can anyone help? and yes i have windows 10 and ive read all the other topics on this all uselss

hi i literally just fixed this issue i found a fix on nvidia forums you have to go into monitor osd and change a setting save then enable and disable freesync that works for me not sure what kind of silly bug that is.
