CPU and MoBo Combinations (Edited)

I am thinking 2 options-
1. Ryzen 5 3600 with Gigabyte B450M S2H ULTRA (Cheap MoBo) or

2. Ryzen 5 2600x with MSI B450M MORTAR MAX (Better then Previous one)

My budget is fixed. And I am going to buy only Motherboard and Processor. If I have to adjust my pricing, I have to do it within this two components. So, should I go for the cheap motherboard or downgraded Processor?

They both feature a max. turbo of 4.2 Ghz. And there is no notable difference in performance. So i would coose the msi motherboard with the 2600x, because it is one of the best b450 matx motherboards in terms of vrm efficiency, and io. Also it features 4 memory slots for future upgrades.
