Help w/ first build computer

So pretty much.. would this

(Asus GRYPHON Z87 Motherboard and Asus Gryphon Armor Kit Bundle)

this: (Seasonic SS-760XP2 ATX 12V/EPS 12V, 760W, 80 PLUS PLATINUM)

and this: (CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm)

 

fit in this:? (Corsair Obsidian Series 350D CC-9011028-WW Black Aluminum / Steel MicroATX Case)

 

 

if yes, cool. if not why not? and what would you suggest?

Yes it will fit, what are the other parts out of interest?

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

MSI GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card

only othe things i can think would possibly interfer, just because right now i have some fans in, fan controller  no motherboard/above yet in nor bought. and it just doesnt seem like it would thats all
