I have a 7950 running at 800 mhz, it typically mines at 400 mh/s. This is much lower than the 550 mh/s stated on the mining hardware wiki page. I'm using the bitminter mining client. Does anyone have an idea why its mining so much slower, or is this a typical speed for my card.?

add this on the "Extra flags:" and see if it helps "-v -w 256"

Well that's very low. I use cgminer for litecoins, but that's just adding --scrypt in front of it. I will get my numbers for you so you can get around 630ish

My .bat file in the cgminer folder:

cgminer.exe -o poolurl:port -u workername -p workerpassword -I 20 --shaders 1792 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 21712 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1600

As you see I'm overclocking the memory over the max setting in afterburner, but it mines 24/7 stable @68C with fans on auto (3000 currently) I am using a Sapphire 7950 3GB with Boost

I first got an error, but I fixed it with this command in cmd:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

MSI GT70-One-899NL | i7-3630QM | Nvidia GTX675MX | 12GB 1600mhz ddr3 | 128gb mSata ssd | 1TB hdd | 17.3 Full HD non-glare | Killer E2200

What software are you using to mine? Do you know where I am supposed to go in the bit minter client to add that?

I use GuiMiner
