A question regarding hackintoshes

Ok so i have a question in mind before installing macos on my laptop

 

 

When i bought the laptop it came with pre installed windows and was activated with a OEM license . However installing macos would require me to erase windows in the disk utility while installing . Only after re-partitioning my drive i can install windows again(clover boot screen) . So will my OEM license activate that copy automatically or would i have to do it or is it going to vanish compeletely??
