PC random reset

Every time I touch the top or front of PC, it causes my monitor to completely reset. It started doing it even when I don’t touch the pc. I’ve switched out my HDMI cable, checked all the internal wires and cables, and reconnected all the wires. I don’t really know what’s going on. If anyone knows anything about what I can do, I would appreciate it.
