Most Confusing Glitch Ever...

Okay, so I can watch this YouTube video:

 

 

But I can't seem to be able to watch any others... ever since I've installed Xubuntu I've had this problem. Is it because of codecs? I don't have a clue on how to install them on Xubuntu.

 

When I'm not able to watch them, the push over to the left of the screen and only take up half of the player. No audio.

I'm using Chromium but it did the same thing on FireFox.

 

How do you think I can fix this?

 

Edit: I found out that this video uses the HTML5 player not adobe flash. So I think it's an adobe flash problem.

 

Edit 2: I went to chrome://plugins and there is no flash pepper thingy, is there a manual way to download and install it?
