Quote if you want us to see you answered.

How much FPS do you have ?

You need more ram, a better GPU, a better CPU.

Yep you will need a new CPU, GPU and more ram because 180-200FPS at 4:3 1280*960 is a really low.

Also seeing the case and GPU, you are probably thermal throttling :

Actually i am tight on budget and upgrading my whole computer is practically impossible for me now as PC parts are expensive here in my country (India). But i was planning to get a 1660-TI  graphics card and upgrade my Intel stock cooler to lower the temperature of my CPU (max. by July or Aug this year). Will it help me to improve my CPU and GPU performance?

FOr the CPU yes, for the GPU it depends which one you get, you should look at the gigabyte gaming OC with 3 fans for example. Also a case with better airflow will be nice too.

Yes and I advised to get a better cooled GPU, this Zotac is meh at best especially in hot climate like India.

You could get https://pcpartpicker.com/product/DdbCmG/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1660-super-6-gb-gaming-oc-video-card-gv-n166sgaming-oc-6gd it's almost the same performance as the 1660Ti
