Speech Recognition in Linux

Hello all,

 

I was wondering how to use C# in Linux to create a simple Speech to Speech Program. If I say hi, it says hello, etc.

 

If any more info is needed i can give the best I can. I was hoping to use Mono's WinForms API, but I'm not sure if Microsoft's speech libraries are with it.
