Psu making clicking sound

Hi, I bought a few days ago new components for my old pc, a new case, psu, motherboard and cpu. I installed all the components correctly but when I wanted to turn my pc on my psu whas making a clicking sound and it didn't turned on. I can't figure out what I did wrong. Can someone plz help me.

Motherbord: gigabyte Aorus B450 elite 

 

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x 

 

PSU: Coolermaster MWE gold 750W full modular

 

Graphics card: geforce gtx 750 ti

 

Case: Coolermaster silencio s600

 

Ram: Crucial 8 gb 1×

 

ssd: team group ultra L3 evo 240 GB

 

hdd: seagate 1TB Desktop Hdd SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache

It sounds like something's tripping the OCP. Return the PSU to the store or request a RMA from the manufacturer, because it's probably defective.
