Could someone please tell me how do these CPUs rank in performance, i am looking for a laptop and the ones in my price range have these CPUs.

First of all, buying laptop isn't just specs. There are many factors need to be taken note as well such as build quality

 

If possible, avoid buying laptop with i3/R3 or lower, for that price I would suggest going used/refurb
