Boot glitch?

Hey guys when I restart my pc when it shows enter bios i wait for the windows 8 logo and loading circle but it just shows the enter bios screen and the loading circle and then boots into windows. why does this happen is it a glitch of some kind? ive added an image so you know what im on about

Seems a lot like the "fast boot mode" on RoG boards.

awmg the placement of that white... thing... from msi is placed below the fucking windows icon... fucking black borders around the loading icon lmao
