Need stats of computer, name of app.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Don't use that, but thanks anyway!

From further reading, the issue you have is a system process that some program you have installed is forcing the Cpu usage possibly from not closing all the way or trouble opening.

I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. Also, I copy pasted the anti virus name and it was bolded, I couldn't tell on my celly. sry dude.

I can't read what the top app is cos it's not in a language I understand.  What happens if you end that task?

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

It stops that application. try it see what happens.

Then DL MalwareBytes and run the free version quick scan. Quarantine all items.

If there's a lot, run the quick scan twice, then run a full scan.

kill the application with or change the priority with process hacker. You can use a portable version with no install. I agree with ShrimpBrime. I would also use a program like rkill before you scan and you might need to use something like  SOPHOS boot cd (https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/52011)  to get rid of more entrenched infections on you computer.     sidebar: Rkill should do the trick without process hacker.
