No Internet Everytime After Waking Up

Hi,

 

I use a Windows 10 laptop. The problem is; every time I open back my laptop from sleep, it shows no internet (disconnects) from the wifi automatically. Every time I should reconnect my laptop to the wifi again. Why this is happening and how to fix it?

 

Any ideas?
