I installed an SSD in my PC.USB is the boot drive, or recovery drive...install it on said SSD...and when it restarts it stays in a loop of continuously booting from the USB..(The boot priority is correct). In Bios it doesn't rename the SSD to "Windows boot manager." Bios is updated..I've tried every setting you can imagine in Bios just for the kicks. Tested my RAM (It's fine). Not sure what to do. Does this sound like a motherboard problem? I don't wanna buy a new one if I'm missing something..
