Reboot and select proper device!! "HELP"

Morning Gentlemen!

 

I just put together my new build the other day.

for the last 3 days i've tried to solve this dumb problem " Reboot and select a proper boot device, and press any key" this error is making me go mental.

 

I've read on the internet unable to find a proper solution.

 

I'm trying to reinstall windows 7, however it wont let me boot from anything other then my HDD.. so it boots straight

in to my desktop, when i change boot order.. nothing happens still boots to my desktop "starts normally" if i disable my HDD, and select my USB or CD with windows 7

it basically gives me this error "Reboot and select a proper boot device, and press any key"

 

I've tried

 

removing all Sata cables. plug them in, into different ports etc.

Changing USB port.. 

Messing about in bios.. 

 

"Mother board"

reset bios,leave the hdd as boot drive in bios and find which one is the boot key(f11,f12..)

Since i haven't had real experience with BIOS. how do i reset my BIOS?

Try spamming the F12 key and you will be able to manually select a boot device for that one time.

I've done that unfortuanly it will still Boot into windows, even though i choose either my USB containing windows 7 or my CD that also contains windows 7 it still boots into windows... i don't get it

load default settings or something like that. maybe this will fix it couse thats odd. are they proper made(boot usb or cd) not only copy-paste?

I simply copied the files from the CD to my USB, that might be the issue? however i've got a legit serial code for my windows 7 ultimate, but i had to copy my fathers Windows 7 copy due to that fact i lost mine.. stupid me`.. 

 

Not sure what you mean exactly when you say "proper made" like a software that creates a "Proper copy" or.. i'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction here gentlemen! thank you!!

yeaaaaah thats exactly the problem . folow the exact steps from this video couse this way its without aditional software
