he didn't get to update the drivers. His PC is about 3 years old, his gpu 750ti Nvidia, he only remembers that his cpu is an eaglewarrior, basically his parts are from old generations :/

hmm weird and yea that soulds like older hardware i can suggest reinstalling fresh and first thing update the gpu driver if that dont work i will be as stumped as him
