Hard drive issue

so I have windows 10 don’t know if it has anything to do with this but, so I have a 1tb HDD and I wanted to start my pc fresh so I wiped my drive right with command prompt I believe and then I got my windows 10 from my USB to reinstall but my pc is always now just black screen, now that I think about it I feel like I remember a message popping up saying the drives manufacturer files will be deleted, also my pc never used to turn off via the little windows icon at the bottom left instead I always have to manually press the power button.

Try reinstalling windows, make a fresh copy of w10 , create bootable drive (use rufus he will show you if there is any problems with your iso file)

Oh some more things I remembered, so when I go to install windows since wiping my drive it gets to 100% and just goes black doesn’t restart by itself like it should I have to manually do that and then it just starts again

Are you able to get into the windows screens before installing? If so use that to format the drive and create a new partition through the installer
