Cant Install windows 10

So i got a problem after after changing my cpu and motherboard i cant re install windows 10 it keeps showing me the same message again and again (No device drivers were found.Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers ,then click ok )

I have tried everything ,even tried using that Rufus program but it still didn't solve the problem even inserting the USB stick in different places like my motherboard.

Does anyone know what is the problem ?

The error message you refer to...is it being generated by the Windows 10 installation itself -OR- upon boot up you get a screen stating there's "No device drivers were found" from a black screen or the bios?

What boot order do you have in bios? Is it pointed to look at USB first?
