Cannot install .net framework 3.5

To launch the Escap from Tarkov launcher it said that i needed a version of .net framework 4.0 or newer. I had the 3.5 installed so i deleted it, tried to install the last version (4.8) and it won't install. I treid to re-install the 3.5 version and it doesn't work either. I tried to install the 4.8 version by windows update but it lead to a unknown error. I don't know what to do. Please help, thanks.

You don't have to uninstall 3.5 to install 4.0+ IIRC.  Try downloading the installer from Microsoft website.

It doesn't work. This is the error message from the logs.

 

(0x000013EC), "A StopBlock was hit or a System Requirement was not met."
