Computer boot problems

Hey all who choose to look at this,

I'm having an issue where the programs i'm using will stop responding and freeze up on me shortly after waking it up from sleep, I hard power off my system and when I boot it back up it just goes to the bios and won't boot to windows after a save and exit. It will boot to windows eventually after I hard power off from the bios. I have reinstalled windows and then I powered it off to go to work, came back and it happened again when I powered it on. A few days ago it gave me the "System_Serivce_Exception" BSOD and then the "Memory_Management" BSOD.  I am at a lose of what to do. If any of you have experienced this or may know what to do I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give. pls... im scared
