Planning to spend $2200 AUD for a system capable of rendering 3D models and handling Photoshop as I am doing a 3yr Interior Architecture Course and playing video games at high fps.

Current System: As my CPU (15 6600K 3.3 4C) bottlenecks my RX 580 8GB in games I would like to play at 100-120+ fps rather than

on titles such as (Subnautica BZ, Mordhau, World War 3, BFV, Insurgency, R6 Siege, csgo). I'm  all set with peripherals 144hz monitor, mouse etc.

Planned Build: https://www.xidax.com/desktops/x-6/?saveconfig=335622&v=amd

The computer would have to handle realtime ArchVis using UE4, rendered animations and high quality architecture renderings.

I don't know what a good motherboard is but i want it to make sure it doesn't limit the performance of its components, wifi capable, futreproof,

upgradable, reliable. I don't really want a AMD GFX card again as Its performance was inconsistent, has terrible software and have seen that

new gen AMD cards may be poorly made. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tCCZc55H2g&feature=emb_titlea 240hz monitor in the future would like ~200fps when lowering GFX.
