Windows 10 Bluetooth issue

magicammo

I'm having a problem with my Bluetooth for some reason I can't disconnect every time I try it says removal failed. The device isn't even powered on I went to device manager removed the Bluetooth device and tried to remove it via control panel but no good. Once the PC boots the device is back to the same state saying it's paired. Any ideas I'm Soo close to doing a clean install lol

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX GPU: AMD RX 6800M RAM: 16GB  SSD: 500GB NVME

Are you using an Intel based Bluetooth chipset?

You might want to contact ASUS or try the latest driver from ASUS.  Also check your Bluetooth under Device Manager and see which brand/chipset is it.  Then try to find the latest driver.
