Fans/Peripherals Disconnecting

So I’ve deemed my Motherboard is the source of an issue. I got it brand new less than 2 months ago (Asus Crosshair 8 Wi-Fi). The keyboard and mouse with disconnect if plugged into certain USB ports and my fans will disconnect and flash rainbow for a moment then go back to whatever color they should be. This problem is quite annoying. Any insight?

Clear CMOS (Remove silver battery on the motherboard and wait 5 mins)

Update BIOS maybe?

Contact ASUS for a replacement.
