Hi everybody, I want to ask if anybody for a dirt cheap pc build that i can do for my first time just to get some experience, cause i don't want to screw up a 750 dollar build.I don't need a super-fast pc because i have an asus laptop with i5 2.5 gigahertz, 6 gb of ram and 2gb geforce graphics card

What's your budget, location, usage, resolution, games, expected settings .. and stuff?

And I totally agree with @Bluethulhu , it's hard to screw up. The only part where you can break stuff is when you're installing the CPU, if you're reckless (and a little bit stupid) you can bend the bins and damage the CPU/motherboards.

building a pc is like 1+1, a b and c, it's simple. it's literally buildt for the sake of being as easy to assemble as possible and designed to prevent you from screwing up, plug the thing into the thing, just watch some tutorials and visualise it, and pay attention when you are plugging in the power cables because that can fry your system, i don't see the worth in buying cheap parts for the sake of gaining experience, all i see is resources going down the drain, do it only if you are going to use said system, otherwise get something more high end and just pay attention to what you are doing, a 700$ build is abit skimpy in itself already.

It'll feel fast in the OS for everyday tasks. Gaming will be maxed out at 720p but low/medium 1080p. I recommend sourcing an HDD from an old PC or something to hold you over until you can get a better one. And the video card, I added just so you can experience slotting it in. I can't honestly recommend going the dual graphics route. It will increase performance in games but not by a whole lot. Will make some games playable at 1080p.

Below is the rig my 15 yr old brother built by himself in November. I assisted the best I could over Skype video. It's fortunately still running today and play games at high settings at better than console framerates.
