Yes. This means there's likely sometinng wrong with the connections inside the motherboards and it is toast.

Hi Guys, 

I'm having trouble getting my computer to boot.

 

I have tested the PSU and that is working fine. When I try jumpstart the MB using the F-Panel screwdriver trick I don't get a response. If I jump the psu while its plugged in to the MB all fans start spinning but I don't get a post. Does this mean it is the end of my MB? 

 

MB - Intel H81 ATX planar WIN DPK
