Build problems.

So I know this is probably a shot in the dark but here's my specs. So you know what's going on.

Mobo: MSI z390m ac edge

CPU: i5-9600kf (5.0ghz at 1.375 volts)

Gpu: rx5700 (non xt) MSI variant

Ram: 32gigs of Corsair vengeance RGB

SSD: 1 Corsair 1tb m.2, 1 firecuda 2 tb SSD/HDD hybrid

Cooling. (h60 with two radiator fans for push/pull. 1 noctua case fan. (Run cinebench r15 at 75°c (max)

I do have a bunch of USB and wireless (mouse and headset and such)

Ok sorry for all the info but I'm having an issue. I run games super fast and with high fps (between 100-200+ on games like doom or halo mcc or elder scrolls etc) but the problem I have is it still seems like it's lagging. It's not my internet. I run over 100mbs and I don't stream. It's plenty fast. But idk if it's a glitch or a screen tear or how to fix or diagnose it. My monitor is a MSI mag24c 144hz with freesync. So it's not that. And I run display port only and at 1080p. I can't find why. It's almost like my mouse is glitching or it's lagging or an fps drop. How do I diagnose it. Or how do I fix it? If you can't reach me on here try my email (nickbrady8910@gmail.com) thank you.

did you monitor your temps while gaming? See if running cpu on stock resolves the problem.
