Overclocking?

So I bought a 2200g and I was wondering what would be the best overclock. Right now, I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition. I'm using a ASRock B450M-HDV and it has a 4 pin CPU connector. Please tell me if that is enough power, or if I can even overclock at all with this board. I am also using a Corsair CX500M 500 watt power supply.
