Visual bug in open programs

Hi.

 

I've had this thing happen to several different programs where lines will appear around an open window, just wondering if anyone else has had this and/or found a way to remove it?

See pictures for example

could be a gpu issue. Update the drivers and if it bothers you too much try downclocking the gpu a little bit with MSI afterburner and see if it gets resolved.
