GPU Upgrade

Hello everyone! I’m looking to upgrade my GPU. I want to be able to reach 144hertz on 1080p and my Rx 580 isn’t cutting it. My budget is in the 400 dollar range. Is it worth buying a 2060 super or a 5700 XT or is that just overkill? I don’t see myself upgrading to 1440p in the near future.

My mind keeps going towards the 5700 XT, my one concern is noise level. My 580 is pretty loud under load.

Than that means pick up a model with a very well-rated cooler.  Either of these are far better than a cheap OEM cooler like XFX THICC (and of course no one wants reference):

Yeah definitely wasn’t planning on going with a reference card! Thanks for the recommendations, I’ve been looking for some feedback before I go ahead and make a purchase!
