GPU Recommendation

I am looking at a Ryzen 5 3600 build. Should I keep my current GPU, a Gigabyte 1080Ti or switch over to something like an RX 5700 or 5700XT? Do Ryzen CPUs perform better with AMD GPUs over Nvidia? If I should switch are there other recommendations other than the 5700s? I plan using this for gaming, minor streaming, and regular office work.

Why would you downgrade from a 1080ti to a 5700 or 5700 XT?
And no, AMD gpus do not perform better with AMD cpus. GPUs will get better performance in gaming with intel CPUS (very minor difference with Ryzen 3000 and intel)
