Digital Notepads/Smart pads

Hi all, 

 

So I've been thinking about getting one of those digital notepads/smart pad things. 

I tend to take a lot of notes/scribbles, both when thinking about things, in meetings, planning etc. 

I'm not the best note taker so it usually ends up with about 5 notepads scattered all over the place and no real means of going back over, other than just flicking through etc. 

 

Does anyone have any experience with anything like this? 

Ideally I'd like a sort of graphics tablet, that acts as a page, and I can just save that page off to the cloud somewhere or w/e. 

Failing that, a digital notepad in which you write onto paper and it uses tracking in the pen to reproduce a digital version....

 

Any suggestions?
