First Build Issues

I’m having issues with my rig stuttering/freezing and sometimes crashing. When it crashes I have a solid orange light on the motherboard until it reboots itself. I have updated the bios from the Asus website. I am monitoring the temp and it is maintains 64-75. I know with the set up I have it should be working smoothly. What do you think could be causing the issue? Specs are:

 

Ryzen 5 3600

Asus ROG Strix B450-F gaming 

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb

XFX RX580 8gb

are you using over clocking profiles?

is the ram in slot A2 or A2/B2?

I have both sticks in the right spots. I am not trying to even over clock. The ram is 3200 so it should handle anything
