i have an rx 580 that i bought a year ago and it seems to be getting very hot. upwards of 90c with both the side and front panel on. when i take them off and turn the fans to 100% i get 80c. i have a radiator at the front of the case that is making hot air go to the graphics card but it was already getting this hot before i had the radiator. i cant mount it to the top because of ram clearance issues. i have a feeling the heat problem is partly due to the thermal paste though which i purchased more of but are there any other suggestions or ideas to fix this?

thanks i will try all of those things

I'd recommend compressed air but you can do without, I've DIY'ed my own compressed air using a hairdryer and a makeshift paper funnel, but compressed air gives pressure that cleans well
