Rebuilt computer, odd mouse behavior

Today I've rebuilt my computer adding a new case drive cpu cooler and a new powersupply. Everything went smoothly except for one issue I have with my logitech mouse. 

My right clicks are detected as left clicks and my left clicks arnt detected at all. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
