Audio and video hangs and glitches

Hello, I've been having issues lately with what I assume is my graphics card and can't find any resolution anywhere, feel free to yell at me if this is the wrong place for this but I don't know where else to look.
A few days ago my PC (windows 10 • gtx 1060 • I7-6700k) began having large graphical hangups and audio glitches, followed by the PC either bluescreening (with different error codes every time) or just restarting. It seems to be only happening during video playback or gameplay however it does not happen in benchmark software like furmark and doesn't show well when recorded:

The capture however just loses about 5 seconds and can't show the full "hang"

I've done a complete reinstall of windows, all drivers, etc. and the issue still persists.

 

Any help would be appreciated if you have the time.
