Ping Spikes

Hi guys, as the title says, i have randomly ping spikes of up to 2 seconds.

I'm not too familiar with techy stuff, so be nice on me.

I measured the ping with ping plotter, one time on a windows pc which is connected with a cable to the router and the other time on a macbook which is connected over wifi.

The two pictures are attached.

I hope someone can help me with this :)

I guess its some fault on the isp side and im already in conversation with them but so far nothing useful came out of it.

Probably it is an ISP problem. But you can change your network cable and connector to avoid this problem.
