Sudden GPU errors after driver 441.66 (Nvidia)

After I installed the Nvidia driver 441.66 I have been getting issues with "D3D device lost" and DXGI errors for non-unreal games. I have also had to lower my clock and up my fan curve as it has been running much hotter than usual. I did install a new cpu cooler but that was a few days before these issues. I'm running a Gigabyte Windforce OC 1060 (GV-N1060WF2OC-6GD). Any suggestions?

Roll back the drivers or install an older one yourself.
