Bios Flashback Help

I've recently done a BIOS Flashback with a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with a B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, following the correct steps for the USB and such. Once I pressed the flashback button, the led on the usb began lighting, as well as the led near it on the mobo, and the red light on the mobo above the 24 pin connector. They start flashing for around 2 minutes, then the pc shuts down. Then, it comes to life again but the red led right above the 24 pin connector remains red. Thus, the pc won't boot up on the monitor. I've made sure the USB is formatted correctly, tried multiple times...is there anything I can do to solve this?

Did you try re-seating your ram and gpu? have you made sure that there is a solid connection going to you monitor? Have you made sure all the Motherboard connections are secure? ( Specifically the 8 pin and the 24 pin)
