Pc only booting after reset

Hi,

A pc of a friend only shows a white line one the top left corner and you have to power the pc off and then it starts normally.

Does someone know a solution

It is a ryzen 5 system with a b350 board

He probably has the boot order set wrong. Make sure the first option is his boot drive.

B350 tomahawk, but its very random if it works or not and the boot priority is set correctly
