Hi guys, I have the coolermaster H500P mesh case with 2 x 200 mm front fans, 3 x120 mm CoolerMaster MF120R fans as top exhausts and the same fan as rear exhaust. I am planning on installing the CoolerMaster MA410P air cooler for my i7 8700. My question is that will the top exhaust fans affect the cooling of the cpu by a large margin ?

If you are using a air cooler for the CPU then only need 1 on top as exhaust  or none. The top fans closer to the front tendl push out cooler fresh air before it reaches the CPU heatsink fan.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X   Motherboard: MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi   Case: Deepcool Maxtrexx 70   GPU: RTX 3090   RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3x16GB 3200 MHz   PSU: Super Flower 850W

Would it be ok if I just removed the top front most fan and leave the other two intact ?

2nd Top fan near the back can take some of fresh air. Adding a 2nd extra top fan near the near the back  may have +/- 2C change in CPU temperaure at most . If you do have fans that have a separate RGB cable you could just leave them there and not have them spin.  Also the top fan slots that are not used could just be covered up so warm air that gets pushed out doesn't keep looping back in.

GPU temps might be better with 1 fan on the top, but sounds like you are getting decent temps with the GPU.
