pc freezing right after startup

I just build my new gaming pc yesterday and it went great, but after i had installed windows, drivers and some programs it started freezing after startup. When i restart the pc it happens 3 times in a row until a blue screen appears and says that their have been a problem, so it does some kind of repair restart and then it works until i turn it off. I dont know whats causing this problem, i have seen someone say its something with the power management, but that doesn't seem to fix it.

 

PC specs:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 3600x (with stock cooler)

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-E gaming

RAM: Gskill Tridentz 3200 16GB

GPU: ASUS Geforce RTX 2070

PSU: Corsair TX650 - 650W

Storage: Kingston A2000 M.2 ssd 500GB

RAM perhaps.  Did you install them into the correct slots?  Have you enabled XMP?  Have you updated the BIOS?

I did install them in the correct slots, but i haven't enabled XMP and i think i have updated the BIOS
