Problems With The Logitech G35 Headset

Hey guys, I've had my G35's for a number of months now and it has always had this problem. Occasionally it starts to just makes constant white noise particularly when on a skype call or gaming. I've browsed the web and a number of people have had similar issues but no body seems to have a fix. Has anybody here encountered a similar problem with this headset and have you solved it?

ive had 2 g35's for a total of around 3 years. never had any issues like that. i called logitech support. they are really good about helping even if out of warranty.
