desktop Infinite boot loop

Hello there everyone, about last year i bought a rog gl12 something. Now when i try to start it it beings me to the normal republic of gamers loading screen then a window flashes and quickly brings me to a "undoing changes made to your computer." When stats done it restarts my pc and does it all over again. Pls help?

Try booting into the Recovery Environment and try safe mode from there.
