Are you putting the card under load to see the actual clocks change?

I never came across company locking overclocking (specially in newer cards)

Can you include some screenshots what settings you changing in afterburner? Maybe instead of adding extra clock speed you just setting them up as 130

Well use a real benchmark. Userbench doesn’t hit max clocks.

So it’s idling.

You need to a way to see the card at load.

Quite doing stuff on the desktop.

Run some proper benchmarks, Heaven or 3dmark will do the job

Ok so do you know what the card runs at stock? Then with max power/temp? Then with the overclock?

Not seeing clock speeds so this isn’t really telling me much. That is your concern right? The clock speeds?

So what is it running before the overclock. Temps are gonna hold you back more than anything.

May be an msi thing. May have to change that in the settings.

Keep in mind man, if you don't adjust your fan curve at all and leave it on Afterburner's crappy "Auto" setting, there's a chance you may be throttling and that's where you're seeing poor performance. Use a real benchmark like Superposition, reset your data in Afterburner's graphing and run Superposition. Take a picture of your results. Then just for one run, crank your fans up to 100% and run Superposition again and see if your results are better/more consistent. Remember, when you're overclocking, you're adding more power to the card, more power = higher temps. Higher temps = throttling. Throttling = crap performance.
