Virtual Machine Host Build

Good day......

 

I am planning to build a desktop to be used for my work PC:

a) Win10 Pro base OS

b) Run a mix of VMware hypervisors for CISCO emulators

b) Run Guest OS in Hyper-V

c) Run Gust OS in other hypervisors 

 

I am looking for a good hardware platform to run all this on: 

a) A good multi core/thread (minimum 4/8) cpu with memory expansion up to 64GB in the final state, starting out with 16GB RAM.

b) M.2 is optional as the Win10 boot drive with SSD room to grow from 1TB to 2TB SATA.

c) 4K video on a 27" screen not for games but to save my vision. Ok maybe room for a graphics card for games. 

 

I am open to suggestions on a good, reliable, upgradeable and useable system for the next 4 years with the smallest form factor minimizing heat in the frame.
