New PC Problem

hii i bought new pc and sometimes he slow or gets stuck i notice one time i saw disk on 100% but i dont see any program that suppose to get my disk usage to 100%. i downloaded only the  GPU driver.

temps in afterburner is fine.

my pc: ryzen 1600, gtx 1660, ssd liteon s920.

no the startup fast problem sometimes in desktop and internet or when i play games sometimes the screen become black/white or the game crash (forgot to mention this).

When the disc is running at 100% on task manager, click on the disc section to order it from highest usage to lowest usage, this will show what program is using excessive disc.

like i said there is no programs that use 100% and its a new pc i installed only steam, cs go, afterburner, nvidia driver.

yes but you said the disc is on 100%, so if we can identify if there is a system service running at 70% that shouldnt be, we have an issue we have identified

there is a way to see log of disk usage? because i can't see any program or service that use 100% or close to this.

i checked again and when disk usage on task manager show 100% and computer freeze all processes on 0 MB someone can help me pls?
